On Dec 15, 2017 students of Rayat International School enthusiastically took part in simulated appellate court proceeding of, “Commerce commission and District tribunal court of New Zealand”. It was a marvelous session where students were exposed to the judicial process and system of district tribunal court and commerce commission of New Zealand court that how they both work to protect the rights of consumers. Students got to know about the rules, system, techniques and mechanism of the respected courts.
The main motive of the moot session was to create awareness among the students about Indian and New Zealand judicial system. It was interesting and fruitful for the students. Mr Subha Rathore, principal of RIS, appreciated the teachers and students for good job.
